Yes, it is safe to be submerged underwater.
Use a mild antibacterial soap and warm water, or a sex-toy cleaner directly on the toy. Rinse the toy well and allow it to air dry or pat dry. To sanitise the toy, boil it in water for 1-3 minutes. You can add a splash of lemon juice in the water to eliminate lingering odours.
After cleaning, allow Le Wand Swerve to air dry. Then, put it into the storage pouch included with the toy and tuck it in your drawer/box of treasures.

All b-Vibe products are covered by our one (1) year limited warranty, from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
If you discover a defect and notify us via email@example.com, b-Vibe will, at its own discretion, replace the product free of charge.
