The issue I had was that the plastic trays to hold the items were cracked and damaged when they arrived, so the box is kind of pointless with those trays. However, I was very impressed with the quality.

This plug is beautifully crafted. Looks and feels expensive. 100% recommend.

Amazingly pleased! Going from the Snug Plug 7 to this dilator was just perfect. I was thrilled with the gradual transition from to tip to the widest part of the head. It was the first time with this large of a glass toy and was elevated to new a new level of pleasure. The distinctly large flared base left me with no worries about going too far.
